Exercise your forehead by placing one or two finger from each hand right above your eyebrows. Raise your eyebrows as you pull down with your fingers to help keep your forehead muscles supple. Hold this position for five counts, then relax. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Focus on your cheeks next. Lean your head slightly back and place three fingers on each cheek, right at the cheekbone. As with the forehead exercise, pull your fingers down while you simultaneously raise your cheeks by smiling. Hold for 10 counts. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Firm up the muscles around your eyes by first sitting with them relaxed and closed. With your eyes still closed, look up and then down as far as possible, holding the extreme positions for a count of two. Next, look to the right and left, again holding for a count of two. Repeat the exercise 15 times.

Maintain youthful lips by putting your finger in your mouth. Suck on it with as much force as possible. Remove it slowly, using your lips to attempt to hold onto it the entire time. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Tilt your head back so you're looking up at the ceiling without strain to exercise your neck. Close your lips in a relaxed manner. Now, use your neck and jaw muscles to bring your lower lip up over your upper lip as far as you can. Hold for a count of 10 and relax. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Finish your workout with an exercise to maintain your chin and avoid developing a double chin. Again, tilt your head back so you're looking at the ceiling with no strain. Move your lips so they form an "O" and hold the position for a count of 20.
