Sandals Resorts are the perfect honeymoon locations--a luxurious and exotic island spot on Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua and the Bahamas offering all amenities free of charge.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Choose the honeymoon package that is suitable. The Adventure package costs $1,500 and includes kayaking, mountain biking and private sailing lessons. The Romance package costs $1,800 and includes a picnic for two on an offshore private island, a rose petal bath for two and a sunset cruise. The Luxury package costs $1,500 and includes an in-room massage, personalized bath robes and a private sunset photo session.

  2. Step 2

Book the Sandals honeymoon at least 3 days before travel. Also know that one must check-in online and have proof that the wedding took place within 30 days of the travel date.

  3. Step 3

Know that most restaurants won't require reservations and that there is a dress code for the restaurants on Sandals property. The dress code for resort casual is jeans or dress shorts, dry and covered bathing suits and shoes are required. The dress code for resort evening is dress pants for men, shirts with a collar and sleeves and dress shoes. None of the restaurants on Sandals property require a jacket to be worn.

  4. Step 4

Use a credit card to activate the room folio, to which all additional charges made on the honeymoon will be charged. Cash is not accepted at the Sandals resort, but travelers checks and most major credit cards are. However, it is wise to carry some cash along as some vendors off of the Sandals property may not accept credit cards or travelers checks.

  5. Step 5

Arrange a tour outside of the Sandals resort at the Sandals Tour Desk. These tours are not provided by Sandals and the costs of these tours are not included in the all-inclusive package.

  6. Step 6

Respect that children are not allowed at the Sandals resort, as it is a relaxing getaway for couples only.
