When it comes to battling the bulge, unfortunately the "bulge" wins more than it loses. Enter Phenterfein. Phenterfein is an appetite suppressant which will give you a boost of energy and keep you feeling satiated longer each day. Here's how to lose weight with Phenterfein.

  1. Step 1

    Take 1 to 3 capsules of Phenterfein 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch. Because Phenterfein contains stimulants like caffeine, you should being your dosage with just two capsules per day. Then as you progress and your body becomes used to the Phenterfein, you can add tablets until you reach a max of 6 per day.

  2. Step 2

    Follow each dose with a large glass of water. Water is one of the keys to many weight loss plans. Not only does it keep the body hydrated, but it helps your stomach feel "full" if you drink water before the meal. In theory, you will then eat less during the next meal.

  3. Step 3

    Refrain from taking Phenterfein within 8 hours of going to sleep. Because of the stimulants in the pill, a potential side effect is sleeplessness. To avoid this, stop taking Phenterfein after your early afternoon meal.

  4. Step 4

    Introduce an exercise routine into your lifestyle. Your exercise routine should be made of two parts, cardio and resistance training. An example of cardio is running, biking, hiking or swimming while an example of resistance training is free weights or weight lifting machines which target certain areas of the body. Remember to start slow and build up to the place where your are performing cardio for 30 minutes 3 times a week and resistance training 2 times a week for 45 minutes.

Let's face it, no matter how many pills you take, if you continue to eat poorly, your body will not be able to burn all of those calories. A good rule of thumb is to reduce your caloric intake by 15 percent. After 3 weeks, see if you are attaining your weight loss goals. If you are, continue to reduce calories by 2 percent until you reach your weight loss goals. Never skip meals and never reduce your calories below 1500 per day.
