  • Apple iPhone
  • IM+ for Skype application
  • SkypeOut credits
  1. Step 1

    Go to the IM+ for Skype website on your iPhone and download the IM+ for Skype application. You can download the free trial or purchase the program for a small fee.

  2. Step 2

    Install the application and wait for your the license code to be sent to your e-mail so you can register the IM+ for Skype application. This lifetime license code allows you to update and install the application to your iPhone as many times as you wish.

  3. Step 3

    Login to IM+ for Skype by using your Skype username and password. If you do not have a username and password, then you must register. You can register through your iPhone.

  4. Step 4

    Purchase SkypeOut credits if you have not already done so. Once you have purchased these credits, you can start using voice communications to all of your friends that are one Skype, mobile phones and landlines.

  5. Step 5

    Chat with other Skype users by tapping on their name. Instead of using SkypeOut credits, text messaging on Skype will use data. Charges will vary according to your service provider and data plan.
