How to Make Grape Jelly

Grape Jelly is Yummy and easy to make!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can (6 oz) of Grape Juice
  • 2 ½ cups of water
  • Powered Fruit Pectin
  • 4 ½ cups Sugar
  • ½ tsp of butter
  • Canning Jars and Lids
  • Water Bath
  1. Step 1

    Boil water in Water Bath.

  2. Step 2

    sterilize canning jars and lids.

  3. Step 3

    Mix juice, 2 ½ cups of water, butter and the Fruit Pectin in a large saucepan.

  4. Step 4

    Stir constantly over high heat until bubbles form around the edge.

  5. Step 5

    Add all the Sugar and stir.

  6. Step 6

    Skim any foam off of the jelly.

  7. Step 7

    Ladle jelly into canning jars.

  8. Step 8

    Wipe rims of canning jars.
    Place the lid on the jar and screw on the screw top.

  9. Step 9

    Process the jars of jelly in Water Bath for 15 minutes.

  10. Step 10

    Remove from Water Bath and cool

  • You can use any flavor Grape Juice
