If you need a night off from cooking, but still want something healthy and satisfying, this chicken is right up your alley. It is juicy and flavorful and takes no time to make!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs of chicken tenders, whole
  • 1 cup of gluten-free barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 5 scallions, chopped on an angle
  1. Step 1

    Preheat an out door grill or indoor grill pan.

  2. Step 2

    Mix together brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Coat chicken evenly in sauce.

  3. Step 3

    Place chicken on grill. Cook on each side for about 5 minutes or until brown in the outside. Chop up scallions and sprinkle over top of cooked chicken.

  4. Step 4

    Serve warm and enjoy!

    Yield: 4-6 servings
