These are very good for you.

Too much fat in your diet will inevitably make you fat! Lots of the foods we know and love have loads of fat in them and you should be very cautious about eating them. Managing your dietary fat is also crucial to avoiding cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.

From Quick Guide: 411 on Saturated Fat
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stay away from fried foods. First of all you should always remember that frying food in oil on a daily basis is very unhealthy. These foods tend to have high levels of fat in them including saturated and trans fats. Eating these foods on a daily basis can cause cardiovascular diseases and a condition called atherosclerosis, a condition where dangerous plaque can develop in the arteries later causing a heart attack if diet is not managed properly.

  2. Step 2

Avoid hydrogenated oils. Secondly, hydrogenated oils not only have high levels of dietary fat but they are very high in trans and saturated fats. You should try to avoid these foods and use substitutes (for example, instead of using butter to fry with, use olive oil or canola oil to fry with). If you consume these foods on a daily basis, you may develop cardiovascular disease in the future and you could become overweight.

  3. Step 3

Avoid sweets and sweets with high fat content. Finally, remember that sweets are both good and bad. The sweets that are good exist in pure nature (such as an apple or an orange). The bad sweets are the ones that are of little or no nutritional value (such as cookies, cakes and candies) and are the most desirable over healthy fruits. Also, some sweets contain not only the sugar and the carbs but they also contain high levels of fat (cake and cookies). It is recommended that you eat these foods sparingly, because if not, you could develop weight problems and diabetes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember, conditions such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes can't be reversed. They can only be controlled with diet and nutrition. t is much better to just watch what you eat and never have to worry about controlling them at all.
