Luckily, it's possible to make yourself invincible. Becoming invincible isn't the easiest, but once you accomplish the initial tasks, it's not difficult at all to stay invincible. Collect all 60 Poe Souls. This is very important aspect of the game, but it can be quite difficult to accomplish.

Take these Poe Souls to Jiovani. He will give you a Silver Rupee worth 200 Rupees in return. If you talk to him again, he will give you another Silver Rupee. You can do this as many times as you want, building up as many Rupees as you can.

Go to Malo Mart in the Kakariko Village to donate as many Rupees as necessary to lower the prices at the Town Castle's Malo Mart. This will enable to you to purchase the Magic Armor.

Purchase the Magic Armor for 598 Rupees. This armor makes you immortal. Unfortunately, this will lower your Rupees to nothing, but you now know how to get unlimited Rupees and you can stay immortal!

Tips & Warnings
You must have a wallet capable of holding the amount of Rupees you need before attempting to become immortal. The Adult Wallet holds 600 Rupees and the Giant Wallet holds 1000 Rupees.
