Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup of granola, try to find a natural kind
- 1 cup of quick oats
- 1 cup of nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cups of flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup of dried fruit, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Line a baking pan, 8X8X2 inches, with aluminum foil and grease it lightly with butter. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, granola, flour, nuts, and dried fruits.

Mix in the egg, honey, brown sugar, oil, and cinnamon. Mix well and press down into the greased, foil-lined pan.

Step 3
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Coll for about 30 minutes on a rack and cut into about 24 bars.

on 1/9/2009 But.. since it contains egg, technically, wont the egg spoil after 2 hours in room temperature, thus leading to intestinal parasites? Just a thought..
