A guide on how to have the maximum pleasure and the usability the music can give you in everyday life.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Music, ofcourse. The more genre, the better.
  1. Step 1

    1. Ok, first go to your folder/CD music list and see what you can use. Decide which ones can really bring you down and which ones can make your day. Done that? Ok, let's move on!

  2. Step 2

Now, think in which area you would use an extra help.

Most of use have trouble getting up in the morning.
So, why not start a day with your favourite tunes?
Choose something pleasantly which will not frighten you up fist thing in the morning, but what always raises your emotions.

    Need to do housework?
It's always better with proper music. Oldies always help, together with the rock tunes. Choose something lively, on which you can almost dance to. Rock or dance will certainly raise your energy bar.

When taking a nap, choose something soft, I recommend rock ballads (by the Scorpions, Guns'n'Roses, Led Zeppelin) or classic pop, for example Celine Dion.

Researches have proofed that classical music has a positive influence for us, even for studying. I recommend music with no vocals for purely memorising, and for tasks with more activity (such as practicing maths or science) , easy rock sounds, especially Tori Amos or Lene Marlin.

  3. Step 3

So it's possible to make your life more fun with a proper use of music.
It gives you the energy, and learns you new things.
It's important to keep an open mind to all genres. It might surprise you to see how much can it help.

Tips & Warnings
  • Still there are some circumstances which are better done with sounds:
  • Don't listen to music when eating, it may distract you from your meal and take your concentration away.
