This tutorial will show you how to add iPod or iPhone pictures on and off your computer in a matter of minutes

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • An iPod, iPhone o iTouch
  • A computer
  • Download CopyTrans Photo from: http://www.copytrans.net/copytransphoto.php
  1. Step 1

Download CopyTrans Photo (an iPod and iPhone photo manager tool) from: http://www.copytrans.net/download.php
Click on "Save" to install it on your computer and click on "CopyTrans Photo" to load and open the aplication.

  2. Step 2

Connect your iPod, iPhone or iPod Touch. Wait a few seconds for the program to show all your player's pictures on the left-hand side window. Your computer pictures will appear on the right-hand side window.

On the far right, there is an explorer that allows you to browse your computer folders.

  3. Step 3

Create a new album on your iPod, iPhone or iTouch, by clicking on the "New Album" button (here, circled in blue). Name it and click "OK".

  4. Step 4

Transfer your computer Photos to your iPod or iPhone by simply dragging them to the left-hand side window (the iPod window). That's all!
Remember, you can also copy your iPod photos on your computer with this program. To do so, just repeat the steps mentioned above, but this time in the other direction (left to right).

  5. Step 5

Finally, apply the changes you have made both to your computer & iPod pictures by clicking on the "Apply changes" button. In case you don't want the changes to take effect, just walk out of the application by closing it down.

on 7/24/2008 Thanks dingdong for such an excellent tutorial!
I was looking for ages for a way to add photos to my iPhone without iTunes.
This rules!
I can finally get rid of iTunes to manage my photos.

Thanks a thousand times!
