How to Set a Photo as Wallpaper on a LG Envy Phone

The screen on your cell phone is a unique way to distinguish yourself and your style from the rest of the world. Many people carry the identical cell phone--make yours stand out with the wallpaper that you use. It is easy to take and store photos on your LG Envy cell phone. Take some great photos and set them as your wall paper to make your LG Envy phone unique.

Things You'll Need

• LG Envy cell phones
• Photos stored on your phone

Instructions

1. Press the "OK" button on your LG Envy phone to enter the main menu screen. This is the starting point for all applications that you can do on your phone.

2. Arrow over to the left twice. This will bring you to the "Get It Now" screen. This screen is all of your multimedia that is available in your LG Envy phone. This includes photos, videos and music.

3. Press the number 2 to choose the picture and video option. Press the number 1 to go into "My Pictures." This is where the pictures you store on your phone are saved.

4. Use the arrow keys to move the highlight box around the thumbnail pictures in the screen that comes up. When the picture that you would like to set as wallpaper is highlighted, press the button over top of the end button. On screen this button is labeled "Options."

5. Press the number 2 to choose the "Set As" option. This will bring up the screen to set your photo as wallpaper. Press the number 1 to do this.

6. Choose whether you would like to place this as the main or front wallpaper. Press the corresponding number for either choice. Your wallpaper is now set.

Tips & Warnings

• Change you photo wallpaper often to show off new pictures that you have on your cell phone.

• Do not store a lot of photos on your cell phone at any one time. This will take up a lot of memory and cause your cell phone to work slowly.
