1
Prepare the arms by not showering or exfoliating first. The best time to use an arm removal cream is before a shower. A shower may open the pores and the skin may become irritated when the hair removal cream in applied. Wear a tank top or short-sleeved shirt.
-
2
Apply the cream hair remover with the applicator brush included in the hair removal kit. If there is no brush, use a pair of latex gloves to apply the cream evenly to the arms. Start at the wrist and move to the inner elbow crease.
-
3
Brush the cream over three quarters of the forearm. The part of the arm you see when you look down, as well as the curves of the arms should be covered. If the underside of the arm is hairless, there is no need to apply the cream. Use a mirror to look at the arms from all angles.
-
4
Sit and wait for the arm hair removal cream to work. It could be six to eight minutes, each arm hair removal cream processing time differs. Be careful not to bump into anything while wearing the hair removal cream.
-
5
Wash off the arm removal cream in the shower with your hands. Use just the water and your hands, not a cloth. Use your regular soap to wash the arms, and do not rub or exfoliate the arms after using an arm hair remover.
-
6
Apply a soothing lotion to the arms after using a hair removal cream. If the arm hair removal cream worked well for you, use it again in six to eight weeks. If the results are not what you expected, try a waxing method next time.
