How to Make a Beachy Foot Scrub
Walking on the beach is a treat for your feet. The sand and water slough dry skin of your heels, and the texture of the sand as you walk massages your tootsies like a wonderful reflexology treatment. If you live nowhere near the beach, or it's the middle of the winter, you can make a foot scrub that will impart some of the same benefits. Before you know it, you just might hear the sound of waves pounding on the shore.
