Instructions

    • 1

Mix ¼ cup of almond oil with 6 drops of essential oil. The essential oil can be any scent you like, from cinnamon and rose to orange and lemon.

    • 2

Pour this mixture into a dark bottle with a lid or cap. Since you’ll need to shake the bottle periodically, you need to make sure there’s a lid. Shake the bottle at least once a day to make sure everything is combined.

    • 3

Place the bottle in a cool, dry place for at least a week. Some people say you can leave it for less time, but the resulting scent really isn’t very strong.

    • 4

Measure out 2 tbsp. of diluted water and pour that into the bottle. Then mix everything up by putting the lid back on and shaking the bottle vigorously.

    • 5

Check the scent of your perfume by putting a small dab on your skin. If you want the scent to be a little stronger, you can add a few more drop of scented oil. To make the fragrance less strong, add another tablespoon of diluted water.

Tips & Warnings

  • Create your own unique scent by mixing together different scents and oils. Citrus scents work well together, as does cinnamon and rose.

  • You may want to strain your mixture before you use it to make sure there are no debris inside the bottle. If you left anything inside the bottle, it could ruin your scent.

Uhm, is this supposed to say "distilled water" and not "diluted water"? Because I don't really know how diluted water is possible. Other than that it sounds pretty good.
