How to Install Digital Music Notebook Software

Digital Music Notebook is interactive music software from Yamaha. You can download sheet music from an online store for use in the program. You can see how the music is played in real time on a keyboard or a guitar. You can also view the lyrics and chords for karaoke. The software is free and comes with a few songs for free as well.

Things You’ll Need:

• Computer with Windows XP SP1 or Windows Vista
• Digital Music Notebook software

1. Download Digital Music Notebook (See Resources for link).
2. Run the installation file you downloaded in Step 1 by double-clicking the file.
3. Allow the initial setup to run, which will prepare you computer for the rest of the installation.
4. Click Next when the initial setup is complete. This brings you to the Destination Folder screen. Most users can choose the default and click Next. Otherwise, click Browse and choose the desired folder.
5. Click Next to continue. Choose Install and allow the program to install.
6. Click Finish and you are ready to use your new software.

• Close other programs while installing to prevent any hiccups while the installer is running.
