How to Change the Color of Bullets and Numbers Automatically in Microsoft Publisher
Microsoft Publisher allows you to customize the look of all types of publications. Specifically, you can change the color of bullets and numbers to match the color scheme of a publication.

First, decide what color you want the bullets or numbers to be.

Draw a text box.

Go to View and click on Special Characters.

Hit the space bar once and then press Enter. You should see a paragraph marker that looks sort of like a backwards P.

Highlight the paragraph marker.

Go to Format and click on Font.

Use the drop-down menu to select a color in the General section of the box that appears. Click on More Colors if you want to customize a color or choose one that is not on the list.

Click OK.

In the text box that you have created, click in front of the paragraph marker.

Go to Format and Bullets and Numbering.

Choose the style and size of the bullets or numbers that you want to use in the publication. You can choose the style of numbers, the icon for the bullets, and the size that you want them to be.

Click OK. A bullet or number in the color that you have chosen should appear to the left of the paragraph marker.

Type the text for your list and press Enter to go to the next line. All of the bullets in the list should be the color that you have chosen.
