If you are used to everyone in the family going there own separate ways, coming and going as they please, then you are out of touch. Staying in tune means to be able to sit back and watch the interactions and nonverbal cues of your spouse. Know how his body language reacts in certain situations.

Snoop. When in doubt, look around. At this moment in time it would seem that you have just as much right to know if he actually is cheating on you. Look in his personal laptop folders go through his cell phone text messeges and call history. If there are names you do not recognize, call them from an unmarked number and say you have the wrong number if someone picks up. Go through his gym bag for items that are out of the ordinary.

Surprise him with phone calls. If he tells you he is going to a certain places, call him. However, do not call his cell phone. Call the actual location and ask to speak with him. If he is not there, then you know he never intended going there and is up to something.

Listen to him. When he is on the phone, listen to his conversations. Does he have to leave the room to talk on the phone? Does his voice change? Is he only responding in one word answers or talking in code? Or does he tend to whisper a lot when on the phone? When he talks to you, is he always criticizing you or telling you what you should change about yourself to make you better? If the answer is yes to most of these questions, there is a good chance your husband is cheating on you.
