How to Do Salon Eyebrows
Over the ages, what is considered acceptable in a woman’s appearance has evolved: Many things that were once overlooked are now incredibly important. Thinner arched eyebrows have become quite normal and expected for teenage girls and even older women in our civilization, which brings out the shape of the face and eyes. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Wash your face thoroughly using warm water. Make sure that when you do this you are using warm water on a clean wash cloth. Really clean all of the areas around your eyebrows and your eyes. This will ensure that there is nothing in them to distract you as you pluck away unwanted eyebrow hair. Once your face is clean, dry it off well with another clean wash cloth or towel.

2
Use your eyebrow comb to brush your eyebrows so that they fall in the correct direction. In order to avoid plucking the wrong hairs so you can have the perfect eyebrows, make sure that all of your eyebrow hair is pointed in the same direction. To be able to shape your eyebrow so that it will naturally accent your eyes and your face, make sure that your eyebrow is not contorted into a different shape than it normally is.

Use your tweezers to determine where the arch in your eyebrows should be placed. Position one end of the tweezers at the base of either your left or right nostril (depending on which eyebrow you are determining the arch for at that time). Keep the tweezers still and where the other end falls on your eyebrow is the point where the arch should go. Placing the arch at this point will help to make eyebrow look more natural and it will be in the perfect place for your face.

4
Use the brown eyeliner to lightly outline what you will be plucking. Trace the line at the bottom edge of where you want your eyebrow to end. Make sure that the line follows all the way up to the arch and back down. Also keep in mind that your eyebrow should be the thickest at the front and gradually thin somewhat until it reaches the arch, then it should get a little thinner and stay that width for the remainder of the length.

5
Begin to pluck the unwanted hairs. Make sure that you have good lighting and a mirror that allows you to see your eyebrows up close. Be careful when handling the tweezers because they are very sharp and can cut your skin. As you pluck the hair, make sure not to go above the line--because if you do so you will over pluck your eyebrows and they will not look good at all. Go slowly and be very meticulous and precise about each piece of hair to pluck at a time.

6
Place a light eyebrow wax over your eyebrows for daily maintenance. In order to keep your brows in their shape and in place all day long, buy an eyebrow wax from a drug store or make-up shop such as Sephora. Gently run the wax over your eyebrows in the direction the hair goes. If you have light eyebrows or eyebrows that do not match your hair color to your liking, there is tinted wax you can purchase that is very effective as well.
