Headset jacks usually come with business phones, the type you see in offices. RCA usually has nice business phones with a headset jack. You can look at their business phones at http://www.rca4business.com AND if you want a good headset to work at home visit www.plantronics.com.

Next, You will need a computer with DSL internet and Windows Operating system. Again, Keep in mind that any company you apply for will have their own requirements. So some may want you to have WIndows XP while others may ask for Windows Vista. I know from researching and actually working for a lot of these companies, that most of them still only accept Windows XP. Same thing goes for the type of internet connection, they will let you know what they do and do not accept.

  • www.Arise.com >This company is the best to work for, and lots of people will say the same. They take a little more, such as, getting incorporated (which isn't hard at all). But once you have everything in order you can work for people like Apple, Barnes and Noble, Virgin Airways, Teleflora and the list goes on.

  • www.LiveOps.com >This company offers alot of flexibility. Once you submit your application it may take awhile to hear back from them but if they hire you, you only pay for a background & credit check which is $50.00.

  • www.AlpineAccess.com >With this company you do not work as a independent contractor, unlike the other two i mentioned above. So when you apply you pay for nothing and you get paid for training.

  • This list goes on. I'll keep updating the list with more companies so be sure to check back.

  • It use to be if you have to pay to work for a company then its a fraud. Well in this case not always. If you have to pay it should be for a background check or something on those grounds. Not for information. So be very careful but keep in mind that there are legitimate work at home companies out there.
