How to Delete Addresses in the URL Bar

If you visit a website, record of it stays in your address bar, only to be seen when you type the first letter. If for any reason you do not want your history of visited websites to be visible, you need to take the following steps in order to delete the addresses in the URL bar. It's a fairly simple process that will only take a few minutes and will enable you to keep your internet privacy, regardless of how many users your computer has.

      Open your computer's control panel, by going to "My Computer" and then "Control Panel."

      Select the "Internet Options" panel.

      On the "General" tab, look for "Browsing History." Select "Delete."

      Next, you can delete individual components (forms, passwords, etc.), or all of the stored information.

      Make sure the "AutoComplete Option" is off.
