1
Get into the bath or shower, turn on that water and scrub every part of your body. Use bar soap, body gel or wash on a wash cloth or netted sponge. It will not only clean your skin but will help to rid it of dead skin on the surface and give it a healthy glow.

2
Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly, you can repeat that if you need to. Follow with conditioner if desired and rinse well. Let clean water rinse your entire body. If you take a bath, you should run the shower over you before you get out of the tub. Have a clean towel ready and dry your hair and body completely.

Put deodorant on under your arms, and some moisturizing lotion on the rest of your body. If you are large breasted or a heavy person you will want to put medicated powder where you have skin that won't get air, under the breast for example. The powder will actually feel tingly and wonderful on your skin.

Brush your teeth well and don't just concentrate on what's showing in front. Give the sides a good brushing also and don't forget your tongue and gums, they can get dirty too. Floss and top it off with mouthwash. Clip your nails if needed and you are ready to face any thing.
