Things You'll Need:
- Frying Pan
- 1 Tablespoon Butter or Oil
- Eggs
- Salt & Pepper(optional)

Step 1
Place your frying pan on your stove on medium-low heat and melt your butter or oil.

When butter has melted add your egg(s).

Step 3
Cook slowly at medium-low heat and flip them with a turner when they are 3/4 the way cooked.

Step 4
Cook till desired doneness. To check to see how done they are test with your turner on your egg white part. Do not test on the yolk it can break and ruin your egg.
Over Easy = Whites still spongy
Over-medium = Whites firm but yolks soft.(test the yolk by pressing them lightly with your turner. Not to hard though or your yolk will break.)
Over-well Test the egg whites and yolk they should be firm.
