People often wish to try to increase the pleasure and adventure of sex by prolonging the experience and having more than one orgasm. Some people have orgasms easily, while others have to work at it.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Willingness to experiment
  1. Step 1

Get each other really worked up with foreplay so that you are already on the brink of exploding before the sex even begins. Make sure that your foreplay includes lots of sensual touching, massaging and groping. Touching throughout the sex act will continue to give you the same sensation.

  2. Step 2

Start into the sexual act of intercourse and work at your first orgasm. This may take some time and practice. You need to remain focused on the goal at hand and let go of all inhibitions. Touch yourself and let your partner touch you to get you to that natural high that allows and creates the orgasm. Once you reach the peak moment, let it all go. Try for a second orgasm. As your first orgasm is in progress, have your partner grab your genitals and start stroking, fondling and playing with them. This will escalate the experience of your first orgasm and start the sensation for the next one. If you find you're too dry to continue, quickly apply some lube.

  3. Step 3

Try touching yourself as you come off the first orgasm to get yourself stimulated for the next one. No one knows your body better than you so you can be sure to hit the right spots most of the time.

  4. Step 4

Take a break. If you've been trying for a little while and nothing happens, stop and recharge your batteries. It's a learning process. Remember, you won't get there if you're dead tired so take a break.

  5. Step 5

Practice these steps on a regular basis. Just like anything else, sex for multiple orgasms takes practice. It won't happen overnight. And just like regular sex, sometimes you get there and sometimes you don't. But the more and more you practice and really try for it, the easier it will be to get there. You're training your body and muscles to react a certain way. Don't give up and have fun in the meantime.

Tips & Warnings
  • Take your time and have fun.
  • Don't pressure yourself or your partner.
