Winnipeg’s motto is “Connect With Your City,” but it might as well be “connect with the other side!” This area of Canada has a mix of big city and beautiful landscape to share with tourists, and plenty of history that supports its paranormal residents as well. Travel around yourself or take a ghostly guided tour, but don’t miss these spooky places while you meander through this lovely landscape.

        Check out the Scientific Observatory in Delta Marsh. Visitors here claim to have seen the apparition of a man who died working here in the 1930’s. Closed in the winter, this location has been known to have lights go on and off, and witnesses claim to see a man standing in the empty building.

        Do a little shopping at the Eaton’s Department Store in Manitoba, Winnipeg. Poltergeist activity has been reported here including moving boxes and auditory phenomenon. Try some electronic voice phenomena (EVP) work here to see if you connect with the otherworldly presence.

        Take in a show at the Walker Theater in Manitoba. Evidence of a spiritual presence has been found here by others in the form of EVPs and some believe the spirit of an actor from the early 1900’s is still performing here! Plenty of paranormal activity here to sink your teeth into!

        Pay your respects at Little Mountain Park. There is a tree here that is reputed to have been used by the KKK and to have been the site of multiple lynchings.         Hit the Portage Place Mall and go into the back of the San Francisco store. Here it is said is the spirit of a little girl that customers can hear crying and seen knocking things off of shelves. Spooky!
