Step 1
To start, you need to know the cell phone carrier of the cell phone you want to send an email to. If you are unsure, you can look it up online at http://www.whitepages.com/10866/reverse_phone. Type in the cell phone number and press search. The returned results will inform you of the registered service provider (ie; cell phone company).
-
Step 2
Now you can determine the email address. The email address will be the cell phone number followed by the carrier extension. An example email address would be 8565551111@vtext.com for cell phone number 856-555-1111 with Verizon Wireless as a service provider. Some of the more popular cell phone carrier extensions are listed below.
-
Step 3
Verizon Wireless:(cell#)@vtext.com
-
Step 4
AT&T:(cell#)@mobile.att.net
-
Step 5
Cingular:(cell#)@mycingular.com
-
Step 6
Nextel:(cell#)@messaging.nextel.com
-
Step 7
T-Mobile:(cell#)@tmomail.net
-
Step 8
Sprint:(cell#)@messaging.sprintpcs.com
-
Step 9
Tracfone:(cell#)@cingularme.com

on 5/31/2009 For ATT @mms.att.net also works for mms messaging. Gives sender's email addr in from box. The @txt.att.net gave 1010100001 as sender but showed the sender's name when you read the message. Luv that att!
