The heart rates in females are different than a man. Their heart rate and blood presure move slower tand travels less, yet in recent years -- women have been growing taller. The major risk factors for coronary heart disease in women are these of the following.

  1. Step 1

    - Cigartte Smoking: (risk simlar to that of men)
    - Hypertension, including isolated systolic hypertension: (benefits of antihypertensice therapy similar for women and men)
    -Dyslipidemia: (low level of HDL chelesterol is a risk, factor CAD in younger and older women and stronger predictor of death in women than in men)
    - Diabetes mellitus (stronger risk factor in women than in men)

  2. Step 2

    - Obesity (abdominal adiposity is a particularly important risk of coronary heart disease in women)
    - Sedentary lifestyle (as in men a substantial reduction in risk of coronary heart disease results from even moderate activity)
    - Poor Nutrition

  3. Step 3

    Heart disease significatly increases risk of stroke, Independent of blood pressure, people with CAD or heart failure have more than twice the risk of storke as people with normal heart rate. Elimination of cigarette, and treatment of high blood pressure reduce the risk of heart disease and thus the risk of a stroke.

Tips & Warnings
  • What is a CAD? It's a Cardiovascular disease!
  • If you ignore these warnings and teaching you are at risks of high blood pressure and a stroke for women, and these strokes come at any age. That's if you are not fit and in shape for the hieght and bpdy size you are.
