How to make a great chocolate pie

Do you love homemade chocolate pie, but don't want to take the time to make it from scratch? Here is a simple recipe for a fabulous chocolate pie that will have everyone begging for more.

Things You’ll Need:

• Jello Cook and Serve Chocolate Pudding
• 3 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• premade pie crust
• Cool Whip or similar whipped topping
• chocolate chips (optional)
• chocolate shavings (optional)

1. First, add the Jello Cook and Serve chocolate pie mix to a 6 quart saucepan. Add 2 cups of milk and stir.
2. Next, crack the 2 eggs and seperate the egg whites and yolks. Add the egg yolks to 1 cup of milk and stir. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the saucepan.
3. Stir ingredients together and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and pour mixture into the premade pie crust. Place pie in the refridgerator and allow to cool for at least one hour or until pie filling has set.
5. When pie filling has set, add whipped cream to the top of the pie. You may also add chocolate chips or chocolate shaving to the top of the pie for a great decorative accent.
6. Voila! Enjoy your delicious (and easy!) pie!
