Learn how to make home made gravy from your meat drippings.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Flour
  • Water
  • Sauce pan
  • Seasonings
  • Wire wisk
  1. Step 1

After baking your ham, turkey, chicken, or roast. Take the drippings you got from the roasting pan and put them in a sauce pan, you may need to strain the grease so there are no chunks in your gravy. Heat the drippings to a boil.

  2. Step 2

In the mean time mix together some water and flour so that it is a little thinner than pancake batter. Add the flour mixture to your drippings a little at a time until your gravy is to your liking.

  3. Step 3

    Add seasonings to taste. Enjoy!
