Most diaper rashes are caused from sweat, going to the bathroom a lot, wet diapers on too long, and in some cases it is caused by a yeast infection. Please make sure to ask your doctor if the rash does not go away within a week.

First signs of diaper rash is a red blotchy little behind it can also be on the thighs also. First clean the affected area with a warm wash cloth and maybe a gentle soap, try not to use baby wipes because they will only make the rash sting. Use baby powder and or a diaper rash cream, and change the diaper frequently.
