Things You'll Need:
- 1 10 lb wild Turkey {or one from the store, NOT FROZEN}
- Salt & pepper
- 4 sticks of butter
- 2 cans {13 3/4 oz} Chicken broth
- 1 Larg Onion, Chopped
- 1 Larg Carrot, Chopped
- 3 springs of parsley
- 1 Stalk of celery, Chopped
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Pinch of thyme

Step 1
Salt & Pepper Turkey, Melt butter and Marinate overnight

Step 2
Preheat over to 350 degrees, Place Turkey and Marinate in a Roster pan and cover it.

Step 3
Cook 20 minutes per pound, When done let it stand for 10 minutes.
