Step1
Ask yourself whether or not you are really ready to quit. If not, you are wasting your time and everyone else's. Keep it real!
Step2
Find your local chapter of A.A. or N.A. and find our when and where the meetings are. Begin the process or going faithfully and don't be too hard on yourself if you miss one or two the key is to GET INVOLVED!
Step3
Ask others who may have once been addicted how they have been able stay clean. Also find a sponsor.
