This Crock Pot recipe will impress your family or guests. It makes a tasty entree served over rice or pasta. A treat in anybody' s book.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 8-10 Baby Carrots sliced "Julian style"
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Crock Pot
  1. Step 1

    Remove skin from chicken breasts. Wash and pat dry. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

    In Crock Pot, place all soup mixes and stir.

  3. Step 3

    Add all chopped/sliced vegetables in Crock Pot and stir.

  4. Step 4

    Season Chicken Breasts to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder or choice of spices. Add chicken to Crock Pot.

  5. Step 5

    Cover, place setting on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours.

    Enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Crock Pot and lid will be very hot. Use Caution.

on 7/28/2008 Sure you can make the meal without the celery and onions and it will be fine. I'm not familiar with a rice steamer. Sorry. Anyone else have an answer for this?
