How to Become a Celebrity Chef in The Sims 2

The Culinary career track is one of the most profitable careers for your Sim to have. It also provides them with the practical skill of being able to make edible food at home. If your Sim has aspirations of becoming famous and has an inclination for cooking, why not start them down the Culinary path and see where it leads?

Instructions

1. Become a Dish Washer. Every Chef has to start somewhere. In the absence of a Culinary Academy, dish washing is where your Chef-in-Training must begin.

2. Do something creative. Aside from cooking, Creativity is the single most important skill your Sim must possess in order to make it big in the world of food. Your Sim must have a full ten Creativity points in order to become a Celebrity Chef. Painting and playing musical instruments are great ways to become more creative.

3. Build those Logic abilities. Building your own recipes and running a restaurant requires superior powers of deduction. Your Sim must have eight Logic points before they can ascend to the title of Celebrity Chef.

4. Make seven friends. Networking is important in any career. If your Sim ever wants to have a hope of becoming a Celebrity Chef, a little schmoozing never hurt. Your Sim will need at least seven friends to become a Celebrity Chef. Remember, it's all about who you know.

5. Practice cooking. While studying cooking helps, there is no substitute for real experience. Your Sim should either be studying cooking or cooking something whenever they have the chance. Your Sim will need the full ten Cooking points to become a Celebrity Chef.

6. Enjoy life at the top. Being a Celebrity Chef is a sweet gig. 20 hours of work and over 6,000 Simoleans earned in a week. Not bad!
