How to Make Avocado Hair Conditioner
The avocado is a fruit that contains a considerable amount of fat. Because of its high fat content the avocado is excellent at hydrating dry hair. Avocados are also rich in oils that rehydrate dry hair. Add olive oil, coconut milk or an egg to your homemade hair conditioner to add softness and shine to your hair. Use this conditioner every two weeks for lasting results.

Tips & Warnings
Use only 1/2 of an avocado if you have short hair.
Add more olive oil or coconut milk if your avocado is large.
Use any combination of egg yolk, coconut milk and olive oil to add shine and softness to your hair.
If you are used to commercial conditioners, this will feel very different.
Some people who have latex allergies are also allergic to avocados. Test the mixture on the inside of your wrist to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction before applying to your hair and scalp.
