In this article I will tell you how to do the 7 day Sacred heart diet and if done properly for one week you will lose weight fast between 10-17 pounds, while also detoxing your system.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 0r 2 cans of stewed tamatoes
  • 3 plus large green onions
  • 1 large can of beef broth (No Fat)
  • 1 pkg.Lipton soup mix (chicken noodle)
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 2 lbs. Carrots
  • 2 Green peppers
Step1
You can Season Sacred Heart soup with salt, pepper, bouillon or Worcestershire sauce if desired. Cut veggys up into small or medium pieces then put in soup pan along with all other ingrediants.cover with water. Boil for 10-20 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until your veggys are the consistency you prefer. The soup is very good and you can eat as much as you want whenever you want for the entire week(even though its good by about day 4 you will be forcing yourself to eat 1 bowl).

You can also drink all you want of the following the entire week, but nothing else.
* Water, Water, Water
* Unsweetened juices
* Coffee
* Skim milk
* Herbal tea
Step3
Day 1 of Sacred Heart diet you can eat any fruit except bananas along with the soup all day.
Step4
Day 2 of Sacred Heart diet you can eat veggys and soup all day. Eat any vegetable you wish along with the soup and tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter!
Step5
Day 3 of Sacred Heart diet eat all the soup, fruit and veggys you want but do not have a baked potato you should have already lost 5-7 pounds by the end of this day. You really lose weight fast on this diet!
Step6
Day 4 of Sacred Heart diet eat bananas, skim milk and soup all day!
Step7
Day 5 of Sacred Heart diet you may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tamatoes along with the soup.
Step8
Day 6 of Sacred Heart diet you get to eat all the beef and veggys you want today along with the soup even if just half a bowl.
Step9
Day 7 of Sacred Heart diet you get to eat brown rice, veggys and soup. By the end of today if you have followed the Scared Heart diet correctly you will have lost alot of weight fast (minimum of 10 pounds).

Tips & Warnings

  • It will be hard and you will be tired the first few days, but after that you will have more energy and will begin to feel good.
  • This diet will not only help you lose weight fast it also cleans out your system and helps break unhealthy eating habits!

  • Alot of what you lose on this diet is water weight and once you go off it chances are you will regain some of it back.
