How to Make Yourself Sneeze.

Have you ever felt a sneeze that seemed to be stuck in your nose? Of course you have! You get this really weird look on your face, freeze, and shush everyone around you in an effort to will the sneeze out. Here is how to do it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Tissue

Step1
Gross Method

Take the tissue and pinch a corner between you middle finger and thumb. Rub the tissue between your thumb and finger until it is pointed.
Step2
Insert the tip of the pointed tissue into your nose. (I told you it was gross!)
Step3
Tickle the back of your nose until you sneeze.

If you have the sickening urge to try this (and some of you will) choose to do so when you are by yourself! Or at least with some good friends who have a sense of humor.
Step4
The Better Method

Look up! An old wive's tale was that looking at the sun would make you sneeze. Actually, you do not need the sun. The act of looking up will make you sneeze. If you already have to sneeze that is.

Tips & Warnings

  • Repeated use of the gross method will cause your nose to bleed. Don't ask me why I know this, just head my warning.

on 7/28/2008 Oh my gosh! You are so funny, thanks for the information. I hate it when I have to sneeze and it just kind of hangs there and takes it's own time.
