Step1
In this world we live Humans have an almost obssesive urge to watch other people lives, mocking, poking fun at and talking about what we would have done if that had been us. Some of us spend the greater part of our days getting emotionaly involved in scripted reality. I know you cant help it so heres how to stop it:
The first thing you should in the process of seperating yourselves from reality...television that is probably the simpliest step, you ready? Ok here it goes...
Get off the couch, recliner, or bed, go over the tv...hold on, what am I talking about I'm sure we all have remote controls. HIT THE OFF BUTTON then toss the remote across the room. After you do that now get up and walk out the door.
Step2
Now after your outside suck in the biggest breath of air you can and hold it untill you get light headed. Afterwards start making your way down the street in search of a life. Now I know that might be unfamiliar termonolgy to all you reality tv buffs but it doesn't matter because you'll know as soon as you find one. It'll probably fall on your head during your search and you'll wake up with a headache and a little confused. No need to worry its just life.
Step3
This is where it gets tricky. Figuring out what to do with a life once you realize you got one. Once I tell this you should store it in the most accessible part of you brain...Are you paying attention? Ok. Once you have a life the best thing you could do with it to keep yourself away from reality is to LIVE IT.
