Making asparagus casserole is a very easy recipe, and healthy as well. It goes with almost any meal, especially with a good chicken, pork, or turkey meal. Read on to learn how to make it, and your guests will come back for more.
The first thing you want to do is to boil the eggs. Cook them in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then peel the shell and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Be careful, as the eggs will obviously be very hot when you take them out of the hot water.

The next step in cooking this dish is to take a medium sized casserole dish, and spray with a little non-stick cooking spray. Now layer with one can of the asparagus spears, after you have drained the water off. Now add half of the can of cream of mushroom soup and one of the eggs, slightly mashed up.

Now repeat step 2 and cook for about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, take the Ritz crackers, crumble them up, and add them to the top. This simple dish is wonderful, cheap, fun to make, and wil be a hit with all your guests!
Tips & Warnings
Fresh asparagus is much better to use than canned.
