Aww wasn't that first date nice? He said he'll call... this doesn't mean you need to sit home by the phone or seperate yourself from your cell phone! Prerequisite Time- You ready?! Well you need to have this two day event planned prior to your date. I really don't care if you tell your date about your plans... this way he knows you've got stuff going on. Now disclaimer, this may backfire and that's simply because men are from MARS!
Step2
Early the next morning start your event. Good ideas: *A road trip *Amusement Park *Vacation
The thing is you need to have something to do so you're not waiting for that phone to ring
Step3
Put the phone on vibrate... Leave it in your bags, away from you.
Tips & Warnings
Make this event somewhere where you're around men.
There's nothing better to distract you than another man!

That's great advice, except for the phone-on-vibrate-part. That's the reason for which it backfires in the first place. I suggest you answer the phone when you can and just tell your date you're having a blast. It was your first date, I doubt he'd feel great and try again and not feel rejected if you won't answer the phone or get back to him as soon as possible.
