What to do with that Venison and Pork in your freezer.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1Lb Ground Venison
  • 1/2Lb Ground Pork
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
  • Catsup
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • Dash garlic {I like alot}
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups of wine {red}
  1. Step 1

    Line a Roast pan with heavy duty foil, Then mix all ingredients. EXCEPT for the catsup and 1 cup of wine in a large bowl. {Will get to the wine later}

  2. Step 2

    After mixing all of the ingredients place into your roast pan. Shape it like a meat loaf like your Mother did. Make an indention on top and fill with the catsup.

  3. Step 3

    Now place it into your oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

  4. Step 4

    Now for the other cup of wine, You drink it as you are cooking.

Tips & Warnings
  • For some reason it is always better the 2nd day.
