on 8/27/2008 Important tips! Even though the #1 reason homebirth mothers transport to the hospital is "failure to progress" or stalled labor, it's important to be prepared for any possible outcome. Homebirth moms must take much more responsibility for their safety and birth experience than their hospital counterparts.
