Things You'll Need:
- 2 cup low-fat/non-fat yogurt
- 2 cup crushed ice
- 2 tbl spoons sugar
- 24 Raisins(optional)
- 6 whole cashew (24 pieces, optional)
- 1 tbl spoon shreded coconut

Step 1
Blend yogurt with crushed ice adding sugar to taste till you see foam on the top.

Step 2
Pour into glasses and sprinkle on the top with shreded coconut, raisins and cashews pieces.

Serve this as summer drink. It reduces body heat
