To prepare lasi

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cup low-fat/non-fat yogurt
  • 2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbl spoons sugar
  • 24 Raisins(optional)
  • 6 whole cashew (24 pieces, optional)
  • 1 tbl spoon shreded coconut
  1. Step 1

    Blend yogurt with crushed ice adding sugar to taste till you see foam on the top.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into glasses and sprinkle on the top with shreded coconut, raisins and cashews pieces.

  3. Step 3

    Serve this as summer drink. It reduces body heat

Tips & Warnings
  • Add little milk (2 spoons) to get good taste
