We see it every day...litter, trash cans overflowing. Ever stop to think what things people just toss out? PLASTIC BOTTLES & ALUMINUM CANS are thrown out daily with the TRASH, but they are FREE MONEY to you!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • bag to put items in
  • gloves (optional)
  1. Step 1

Next time you walk the dog, go to the park with the kids, go to the beach or swimming pool, or just look around your very own neighborhood, you will see "money" in the form of PLASTIC BOTTLES OR ALUMINUM CANS!!

  2. Step 2

Instead of just ignoring this litter or item that was inappropriately discarded in the trash, stop and take a second to pick it up or take it out of the trash can. Place them in your plastic bag and take them home.

  3. Step 3

Each time you do this you will be bringing home extra cash you didn't have before you left! Store your cans & bottles until you are ready to take them to a RECYCLING CENTER, then watch the money flow!

  4. Step 4

Not only do YOU make MONEY, you are also helping to save your environment. With each can or bottle you save from the landfill, you are also saving valuable natural resources that go in to making brand new items. Recycling old items is much cheaper than making them brand new. It's that easy to DO THE RIGHT THING & make money doing it!

Tips & Warnings
  • You will find a bounty of cans & bottles outside of convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, you name it! If there isn't a recycling container, people just toss them in the trash. Look around the parking lot, you'll find more out there too.
  • Don't take items out of your neighbors trash or off their property unless they say it's ok.
