Things You'll Need:
- Faulty GHD
- Small head driver
- Small phillips driver
- Small tweezers
- Small long nosed pliers

Step 1
Tools you needYou will need-Faulty GHD's, Small flat head screwdriver, Small phillips head screwdriver & Small tweezers

Step 2
2 small screwsHolding the faulty GHD's arms closed together, Use the Small Phillips Screw driver & remove the 2 small screws (as per picture) using the tweezers

Step 3
Rubber O-Ring removedPull back Rubber O-Ring from connection end & rest it toward the cord

Step 4
Case removed, Wires ExposedLift & remove the casing, you will now see the cord tip & wires exposed. On the side of the circuit board furtherest from you, tighten the silver connections by squeezing gently by using the long nosed pliers or even the tweezers, but do this very gently.....your almost done.....

Step 5
Now put end casing back on & screw the screws back into the GHD, replace the Rubber O-Ring in its orginal position. And you're done.

on 10/8/2008 I love tearing apart appliances and fixing them. I'm going to mourn severely when my beloved hairdryer bites the big one. It could be throwing flames and I'd still try to dry my hair with it because they just don't make them that powerful anymore!! :) Good tips for cheapskates like me who like to make things last! 5*
