The Real Age hype probably began on the Oprah show when she invited Dr. Michael Roizen, an anti-aging expert, to speak on Real Age assessment. Guests of the Oprah show were taken to the Cooper Clinic where they went through a series of tests: Blood tests, blood pressure tests, stress tests, as well as others to determine their Real Age.

Now you can find out your Real Age by taking a test online at Dr. Michael Roizen's website: Realage.com. The test takes about 15 minutes to do, but you will need some information beforehand to get a better result.

Know your blood pressure, resting heart rate, and good and bad cholesterol levels. Have some family history available and all the medicine you take. You will be asked a series of questions that pertain to your lifestyle: Where you live, what you drive for a car, how often you go to the doctor, what you eat, how you exercise, to name a few.

Take some time today and try out the test. I have the link below under resources. Don't be upset if your Real Age is more than your Chronological Age. It can be reversed, and the website will show you how.
