Real Age is determined by your life style. Chronological Age is your birthday. Real Age is the rate your body ages. It may be less than your Chronological Age, and then again, it may be more.

1. The Real Age hype probably began on the Oprah show when she invited Dr. Michael Roizen, an anti-aging expert, to speak on Real Age assessment. Guests of the Oprah show were taken to the Cooper Clinic where they went through a series of tests: Blood tests, blood pressure tests, stress tests, as well as others to determine their Real Age.
2. Now you can find out your Real Age by taking a test online at Dr. Michael Roizen's website: Realage.com. The test takes about 15 minutes to do, but you will need some information beforehand to get a better result.
3. Know your blood pressure, resting heart rate, and good and bad cholesterol levels. Have some family history available and all the medicine you take. You will be asked a series of questions that pertain to your lifestyle: Where you live, what you drive for a car, how often you go to the doctor, what you eat, how you exercise, to name a few.
4. When you have completed the test, you will be notified by email. It takes about an hour for the results. You will then be directed back to the website where you will learn the results and each area of the test will be reviewed.
5. I learned that I eat way too much red meat, need to lose some weight, and need to exercise more. But I had good results too. I have good genes. Thank you Mom and Dad! I'm pretty good about taking vitamins and eating lots of veggies.
