How to know if your Starbucks is closing

Starbucks is closing 600 of their coffee shops - is yours one of them??? Find out if you'll have to go a little further to get your gourmet coffee, whether your vice is a latte, mocha, cappuccino, or tazo tea.

1. Grab a box of tissues - you need to be prepared in case it turns out that your Starbucks is closing. Brace yourself and bravely proceed to step 2...
2. Go to http://www.starbucks.com/aboutus/USStoreClosureInfo.pdf and look for your city.
   
   States that are closing at least one coffee shop include: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
   
   If your state is not on this list, you can skip directly to step 4.
3. If your Starbucks is listed, grab the tissues and have yourself a good cry.
   
   If your store is not listed, breathe a sigh of relief and proceed to step 4.
4. If you made it to this step, your Starbucks is not closing, and you need to celebrate!!! Make a pact with a friend to get your non-fat venti mochas, no-whip, every morning to make sure that your Starbucks stays in business!
