Keep you cat off the counters or tables.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A cat :)
  • A squirt bottle.
  1. Step 1

    Catch the cat in action.

  2. Step 2

As soon as the cat jumps up on the counted grab the squirt bottle, aim and fire.

  3. Step 3

Repeat until the cat learns not to be on the counter.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that the squirt bottle is clean and safe. Do not use old cleaner bottles. It would be best to buy a new bottle that has never been used.
  • The quicker you catch and squirt the cat the better.

on 5/28/2009 This does work for when I'm home. The problem is the kids let the cats do thing we won't allow. So I'm trying to get the kids aboard. and hopefully we will fix the problem of the cats on the counter.

on 7/24/2008 This does work, the trick is not to allow him to see you. If he associates being squirted with you,he will still get on the counter when you are not around.
