Got the Grand Canyon of cracks on your heels? If you've tried shea butter, pumice stones, Vitamin E oil, lanolin, and so on, try one more thing... plain old olive oil.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Before going to bed, rub olive oil on your heels and other foot calluses. I keep a small bottle of olive oil in the bathroom, so I can use my finger to apply the oil.

  2. Step 2

Put on a clean pair of socks. They don't have to be all cotton - just need to keep the oil off your sheets. (And in my case, discourage the dog from licking the oil off!)

  3. Step 3

Go to bed. Put your socks in the laundry.

  4. Step 4

Repeat at least every few days for 3 to 4 weeks.

Tips & Warnings
