How to bake soft sugar cookies

Things You’ll Need:

• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt

1. beat together; eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar
2. add flour, baking powder, and salt, mix well
3. drop by tablespoonfuls 2-3" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. flatten, using bottom of glass, moistened with water and dipped in sugar.
5. bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes, or til lightly browned.
